The Velante story is more intriguing with each passing day. This morning, CBC reporter Jacques Poitras revealed that Accreon claims not to be in the NB EMR industry for the money, but rather to develop technology to sell elsewhere.
Doesn’t that make our doctors guinea pigs?
So what you are saying is: “We are going to use the NBMS to develop our software. Maybe we make money, maybe we don’t. Then we can sell the technology the doctors paid for to other parts of the world, and coin it big time!”
Well, good for you Accreon. I’m happy for you. I’d like you to make money.
